ASEPTIC BAGS IN DRUMS FOR CONCENTRATES

We customise aseptic bags for concentrates to meet the specific needs of each product filling. Between catering to longer shelf lives and making sure that the suitable barriers and isolation agents are used, we are meticulous in our processes and make recommendations based on extensive know-how and knowledge of each product’s different nature.

We provide 24-220 litre aseptic bags in drums for concentrates, with three products available to cater to diversified filling needs.

• Ultra-barrier bags Multi-ply bags that use Alu foil and polyamide. They are ideally suitable for fruit fillings due to the fillings’ need for extremely high barrier packaging material and very long shelf lives in regular storing conditions
• High barrier bags Multi-ply bags that use EVOH and METPET. They are suitable for fruit fillings that need specialised barrier properties in their packaging materials
• Standard barrier bags Multi-ply bags that are recommended for tomato paste filling
